At Green Recovery Space, we provide recovery-focused courses for people who want to work on their mental health, well-being, and resilience.

We do not start from diagnoses or labels but from the person behind the story. For us, recovery means finding direction again, experiencing connection, and learning to navigate life in a way that fits who you are and the context you live in.

Our courses differ in approach but share the same foundation: safety, equality, personal agency, and respect for each person’s pace.

All courses are guided by trained lived-experience experts and trainers, in small, trusted groups, and a calm setting. Everything happens at your pace. You are welcome as you are.
