About JIJenIK
JIJenIK is a recovery-oriented group course in which connection is central: connection with yourself, with others, and with what happens between people.
Many people notice that psychological distress, stress, or impactful experiences also affect relationships. In JIJenIK, you explore how you relate to others, and what feels helpful or difficult in those connections.
In a small and safe group, you reflect on how you are in contact with others and what patterns may play a role in that contact.
What you explore
You explore themes such as closeness and distance, trust, boundaries, vulnerability, and reciprocity.
By sharing experiences and practicing together, there is more insight into patterns and more room to explore new ways of connecting.
Practical information
