About Zicht op Herstel
Zicht op Herstel is a recovery-oriented course for people who want to reflect on their life story and on what recovery means to them personally.
It is not about solving problems or making plans, but about creating space to understand, feel, and gradually find new direction.
In a small, trusted group, you explore how experiences from your life — both beautiful and difficult — have influenced who you are now.
What you explore
You reflect on themes such as identity, self-image, hope, loss, resilience, and meaning.
By listening to each other and reflecting on your own story, there is often more clarity, mildness, and trust.
Practical information
Zicht op Herstel gives more space for reflection, meaning, and the personal story. It is different from WRAP, which is more practical and focused on daily life.
Duration
- 8 weekly group meetings
- Each meeting lasts 2.5 hours
- Guidance by experienced recovery workers
For whom?
Zicht op Herstel is for people who are at a crossroads in their life, or who notice that they are stuck in old patterns, loss, stress, or impactful experiences.
The course is not linked to a diagnosis. You work at your own pace, from your own story, and within the context of your life.
Difference with WRAP
WRAP is mainly practical and focused on daily life. Zicht op Herstel offers more room for reflection, meaning, and the personal story.
