About WRAP
WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a practical, recovery-oriented way to reflect on what you need to feel well. In a small, safe group, you take time to explore what supports you in daily life – and what you can do when things become more difficult.
In eight weekly meetings, you work on your own personal WRAP. You reflect on themes such as hope, personal responsibility, personal growth, standing up for yourself, and support from others.
From your own experiences, you create a personal toolbox with activities, thoughts, and choices that contribute to more calm, balance, and resilience.
What you work on
During WRAP, you make simple and concrete plans for daily life, for moments of tension, and for situations where you may lose balance.
The goal is not to force change, but to help you understand what supports your well-being and what choices can help you regain balance.
Practical information
WRAP is accessible and does not require a diagnosis. The training is built around your own situation and what is meaningful to you.
