About Rots & Water
Rots & Water is a resilience training programme in which you work on finding balance between firmness and flexibility. Through physical and experiential exercises, you learn to sense when it is important to stand firm like a rock and when it is helpful to move with the situation like water.
In this training, the body is central. Through posture, breathing, and movement, you learn how to recognize tension, how to set boundaries, and how to make contact with yourself and with others.
What you experience in your body becomes the starting point for reflection and conversation — without long explanations or complicated theory.
What you develop
Rots & Water helps you develop more confidence, both in yourself and in contact with others.
The training supports resilience, self-confidence, boundaries, body awareness, and conscious reactions to stress.
