About Crisiskaart

The Crisiskaart is a personal document in which you record what is important to you in a crisis situation. It helps you clearly communicate who you are, what you need, and what others can do to support you as well as possible.

In this course, you work step by step on your own Crisiskaart. You reflect on signals that show things are not going well, what can help you stay calm, and what is not helpful for you.

You also record who may be involved and which agreements are important when you are less able to explain what you need yourself.

Making a Crisiskaart is not a sign of weakness. It is a way of caring for yourself and for the people around you.

What you work on

You create the card in your own way, at your own pace, with respect for your own boundaries.

For many people, making a Crisiskaart gives a feeling of overview, clarity, and control before difficult moments happen.

The Crisiskaart can be made individually or in a small group, depending on what fits best.
